The Toughbook Arbitrator 360 digital video recording system incorporates a high-performance camera with a wide-angle lens and a wireless microphone to accurately record events as they occur. Add up to 5 more cameras and you get a 360 degree simultaneous view (you will only be able to view and record from 5 cameras at any given time though). Footage is captured on rugged, high capacity SD cards (SDHC) with the option to wirelessly transfer data to the station using a Panasonic Toughbook mobile computer or any other vehicle-mounted PC. Arbitrator 360's custom software generates an audit report of anyone who views or copies the video. This feature, combined with a wide angle camera lens, zoom range and low light capabilities make it the ideal witness when video evidence is presented in court or other critical situations that require accurate video documentation.

Reliable solid-state digital technology has vastly improved the way video evidence is captured and processed.
