Who We Are

We're a small family-owned company dedicated to good customer service and quality products. We pride ourselves on offering our customers cutting edge products along with their tried-and-true favorites at competitive prices.

It's hard to believe it's been 33 years! We've come a long way from a small one-man business run out of a storeroom at C.W. Nielsen Mfg. Corp., the family badge manufacturing business. While technology has changed, personnel have changed and locations have changed, Territorial Supplies, Inc. at its heart has not changed. It is still owned and actively managed by the original owners, C.G. “Neal” & Johanna Nielsen. They have been joined by their daughter Stephanie, son Con and daughter-in-law Ariel.

We would like to say a big THANK YOU to all of our customers for making us the oldest continuous public safety equipment supplier in the Northwest! Over the years we have developed friendships with many of our customers. Some of you (our customers) were also getting your start at the same time we were. You have been with us the entire time, and now that some of you are starting to retire we would like to wish you the best of luck. May life treat you well.

Why Buy from Us

Over the years we have watched many public safety equipment businesses come and go. Some people think this business is a way to "get rich quick." It's not. There is far more to it than hanging a sign up and offering "discount" prices.

We know our products. We continuously study and evaluate both our current product line and new products on the market. Many of our factories have been doing business with us for 15+ years -- some have been with us from day 1. Our reputation of being selective about our products (plus other factors) has made us a sought after distributor by many manufacturers.

We also have a reputation in the industry of honesty, quality and service. The majority of our customers have been with us 20+ years. While peoples' names have changed the departments remain the same. Our name is passed from purchaser to purchaser, department to department and factory to department.

While we don't promise to have the lowest prices on the internet or to sell everything under the sun, we do promise to have competitive prices, a wide range of products and great customer service. We do not sell used products (unless noted as samples or used guns) nor do we recommend buying somebody else's antiquated equipment off E-bay or the like because it's cheap (you quite often end up paying more overall to get the product working and up to current standards). We know that you have a choice of where you buy your equipment. Choose the name that has stood the test of time... choose Territorial Supplies, Inc.

Calling Us

While we loosely assign ourselves to specific tasks or areas, we often overlap each other and help each other out. Feel free to speak with any of us with questions or when placing an order. If the person you are speaking to is not the right person or does not know the answer, he or she will direct you to a person who does or will find out the answer and get back to you.
