SHIPPING
We can send your order anywhere within the 48 lower states of the United States of America as well as Alaska and Hawaii. All our items are packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by either FedEx or UPS Ground, occasionally USPS (very small items) or via freight truck if large or hazardous (such as partitions or flares). Ground shipping usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

We normally ship our in stock products within three business days. Out of stock items will be shipped according to the manufacturers' lead times.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. You the customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Additionally, custom orders (badges, body armor, H-S Precision rifles, lightbar parts and others noted as such) cannot be cancelled once placed.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders (badges, body armor, H-S Precision rifles, lightbar parts and others noted as such) cannot be cancelled once placed. They are also NON-REFUNDABLE. By placing a custom order you agree to abide by these rules.

RETURNS POLICY
If an order is received damaged a return claim MUST be filed with Territorial Supplies, Inc. within 2 business days from date of receipt of goods. If an item is dead on arrival (D.O.A.) or defective, claims must be made within 15 days from receipt of item or within the manufacturer's warranty period (whichever ends sooner). Either call us at (208) 253-0036 or email details of your claim to sales@territorialsupplies.com.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered subject to a 20% restock fee or, if restocking with a manufacturer, the manufacturer's restock fee.
3. Refund: If a refund is required it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the Visa will be credited). Again, subject to a 20% fee or, if restocking with a manufacturer, the manufacturer's restock fee.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT SEND OUT REPLACEMENT ITEMS FOR ITEMS RETURNED AS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, ETC. UNTIL WE HAVE THEM IN HAND AND HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM

Items that are D.O.A. are replaced, however we send them to the factory and if the factory determines that there is nothing wrong with the item than you will be charged for the original item, the replacement item and all shipping charges. This means that if your patrol vehicle is down due to a malfunctioning siren or speaker we cannot send you a replacement one unless it (the replacement item) is paid for. NO EXCEPTIONS! Warranty items will be handled according to the factory's rules. We suggest keeping a spare on hand for emergencies.
