CREDIT APPLICATION -- Departments and businesses wishing to pay on account need to complete and send us one of these forms.
FEDERAL EXCISE TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE: Departments that are purchasing munitions and firearms at FET (Federal Excise Tax) out prices, need to have a completed and current FET Exemption certificate on file with us prior to us honoring the lower price.
IDAHO STATE TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE (required for Idaho businesses and government agencies -- we cannot accept your tax ID number or copies of your business license). You will be charged Idaho state tax until we have a completed one of these in hand -- this includes government agencies.

FLASHERS
It is the final responsiblity of the installer of headlight and taillight flashers to determine their compatiblity with the vehicle make and model in which they will be installed. Incorrect wiring of flashers could result in costly problems or even permanent damage to the vehicle's computer module as well as injury or death to operators and bystanders. It is not recommended to alter a vehicle's factory wiring or to flash any factory installed lamps or bulbs. Halogen, strobe and LED lamps are available for this purpose.
